Picking a job is one of the most important choices in life. Besides sleeping, a full-time job is your number one activity, so it really counts!

In this episode Jon answers three questions with just one answer:

- What should I look for in a job?

- What should we focus on when improving our business?

- What's the number one predictor of success?

The answer is culture. Because culture eats strategy for breakfast.
